[amsat-bb] MMSSTV with 9700

Hi Rick,

So far I've only used MM-SSTV to receive with the IC-9700 using the USB
audio.   I haven't figured out how to get TX working yet?  I'd love to hear
from anyone that's got it working on TX as well!  73
