[amsat-bb] AMSAT Room Rate at the Hilton

I had the same issue for last year’s symposium in Huntsville. I needed up just staying across the street from the host hotel and, by doing so, saved about $100 and in a newer property with better amenities. It’s not just a problem with AMSAT events, I travel frequently to many events where I have to self-book and almost 50% of the time the ‘special’ codes don’t work. I would just give the hotel a call or look for less expensive options within a reasonable distance. Best of luck and 73!
