[amsat-bb] Disaster

For a disaster, we should use the KISS principle.
High Tech toys have no place in a disaster.
A radio without a processor is best.
The radio MUST be reliable and simple to use.
It is no good if the inexperienced operator gets into the 500th layer in 
the menu and sets something wrong.
