[amsat-bb] ADIF to gridmap program

Cloudlog: https://github.com/magicbug/Cloudlog

Typically used for FT8, GridTracker (https://tagloomis.com) can use an ADIF
and plot worked grids.

I have not messed with it in a while, but it was there last time I used it.
