[amsat-bb] Looking for info on AO-6

So even the beacon could be off (if it had power to where it could be on).
Interesting as based off what I have read thats the one transmitter that
could never be commanded off which means it would not make sense to be able
to command it on. Unless you mean that the on board systems not
transmitting because they themselves were not staying on.
