[amsat-bb] Recording Failure

There are several other recordings of this pass on the SatNogs website -
however the site is extremely slow right now (it's still downloading audio
for me after over a minute).   Hopefully this is just a temporary slow
down, though.    We had a contact at about 15:32z, btw.   :D
