Steve,

It will be in pass predictions, though with a temporary ID until it is
positively identified.

OSCAR numbers depend on the owner/operator of the satellite requesting
one. See https://www.amsat.org/oscar-numbers-policy/

This group hasn't released any updates on the FM transponder operating
plans that I have seen and so far there has only been one report of
hearing the transponder online.
