[amsat-bb] Fossasat

I have been monitoring on passes this weekend but have not heard anything
at all, not even a faint trace for the RTTY. To be fair I am only using a
70cm crossed dipole turnstile with a high quality LNA - works well for a
lot of other 70cm satellites on good passes but perhaps I am expecting too
much of for the current state of affairs with FOSSASAT.
