[amsat-bb] Gpredict on Raspberry Pi

Paul,

The Raspbian package is version 1.3 while the currently released
version is 2.2. The version 2.2 .deb package built for Ubuntu 16.04
armhf should install and run on Raspbian since those platforms share
most library versions.
