[amsat-bb] AO-85 status?

Must be since today, because Sunday UTC I had two passes with lots of
activity. Unfortunately I still find that signal strength is below what
it used to be before the trouble with this bird started. The best pass
had signal strengths of +15 dB above noise level and only 3 DUV frames
were decoded during the whole pass. And that with my new 6 element cross
yagi for 2 meters (used to have a horizontal 4 element yagi with LNA).
