Hey man

If you read through this BB you'll find that most of NA don't want a ham
transponder on a geostationary sat covering North America because a GEOSAT
is too easy, takes away the challenge, and the point of being a sat op is
chasing a ghost in the sky and not just having something you can jump on
any minute of every hour of every day.  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯  eehhh. I personally want
to have to build a microwave transmitter and antenna to do this thing
