[amsat-bb] HRD rotor settings

Guys... with a G-5500... you'll have a GS-232A/B controller. When you
connect in the Rotator app... you select the correct Yaesu controller...
the default baud rate is 4800 (which is fine).
Make sure you can control the AZ of that rotor from within the Rotator app
(which will verify that it's all connected properly).
Then start up the DDE functionality in Rotator... then you can enable the
rotor from within the Satellite Tracking app.
