[amsat-bb] AO-92 not staying in L/V for 24 hours

Hi Patrick,

As you know, the spacecraft computers reset from time to time, usually due
to radiation.  Sometimes we go weeks between resets, sometimes seconds.
This weekend both AO-91 and AO-92 had two resets each, with both coming back
up in mode U/v.
