[amsat-bb] Pass recording

I have used the built in recording on the TH-D74A since I started. Recently
I bought a recorder off ebay, roughly 1/3 the cost of the Sony units, and
is USB rechargeable, to use with a D72. It does not have pass through
audio, which is one feature I wish it had; just like duplex and the D74a.
