[amsat-bb] NEXUS identified

Very clean, strong signal here in CM98 just now on an overhead pass.  I
didn't have a chance to configure the automation, so tuning 70cm Doppler
by hand while trying to copy CW with FLDIGI.  Not much decoded, but I
did see "NEXUS" among the gibberish.
