[amsat-bb] CAS4A & XW Numbers

Les,
The keps files do not include any frequency information. You will need
to manually add the satellties to your Doppler.sqf file. AMSAT-UK
maintains a good database of Doppler.sqf files and entries here

CAS-4A and CAS-4B are active and available for amateur use. For
whatever reason, they were not given the "Hope" prefix (Xiwang / XW)
as other Chinese satellites have been, nor were OSCAR numbers
requested, so they continue to be referred to as CAS-4A and CAS-4B.
