[amsat-bb] APRS satellite dual hops

But there is one other important condition.  And that is that the FIRST hop
must NOT be heard by any IGate!  If another Igate hears the first hop, then
that one will be captured first, and the second one will be rejected as a
dupe.

And now with so many excellent satgates workign, the chances ar small of
seeing it on the APRS-IS thought users in the foot print may see it.  So
if  you see one on your screen CAPTURE it.
