[amsat-bb] PSAT2 SSTV/telemetry intervals?

Thanks Bob, that explains a lot. Yesterday at 1400UTC I did see some 
PSK31, but too weak to decode. So basically after 11UTC no need to try 
PSAT2 then. Cheers,
