[amsat-bb] PSAT2 auto-reset

Sorry, PSAT2 auto-reset back to safe mode because we did not get the
"we're still here" command  uplinked in time.
Only modes available are PSK31 and SSTV.

We will try to restore normal operation on the next several orbits.
Normal mode should show status bits of 01000111.
Which has PSK31, SSTV, plus Digipeating plus APRS-to-Voice
