[amsat-bb] Fwd: USNAP1 lives! - capture UHF data pse -UPDATE

Hi
Both sats has just passed over here and , according to the signal in my
waterfall , USNAP1 is a little ahead than PSAT2 .
So , my gess is USNAP is 2019-036S and PSAT2 is 2019-036R .
