[amsat-bb] OUTERnet becomes OTHERnet (APRS geo feed)

The $49 price for the Dreamcatcher SDR-type receiver that OtherNet was
peddling says it is sold out. I got mine for that price a few months ago but
I haven't had time to burn the SD card (ala raspberry pi) and fire it up.
