[amsat-bb] agw_onlinekiss_plus.exe on Linux with Wine

Glad to help.

I happened to already have the Astrocast DK3WN decoder on the linux
computer so I could verify that it worked properly with a .KSS file input
if you'd like to test with that.

The decoder and a .KSS file that I had previously collected can be found at:
