[amsat-bb] Arrow 2 Antenna

 Hello there!

I've been having trouble with my Arrow Antenna on the FOX sats.  It seems
that when I point my antenna at the satellite, say on a 70 degree max
elevation pass, it doesn't receive it.  But when I point the antenna at the
ground, it comes in very clearly.  Towards the end of the pass, I start
receiving it again because I'm pointing my antenna near the horizon.  At
this time, I make all of my contacts.  What could be the problem?  I
checked the elements on the antenna and they aren't mixed up.  Thank you!
