[amsat-bb] Arrow 2 Antenna

 I really hope this is not another trick question, if not, better get a new antenna, radio, and/or coax - seriously.  
A 70 degree pass of the Fox-es and a clear view, their strong signal be received with a random wire. 
On such a high pass, normally get 4of9 bars with a rubber duck and 8of9 bars with a 2 el yagi !

When the satellite is directly overhead with a vertical antenna that might 
be tough to contact. Perhaps pointing the antenna at the ground is causing 
the signal to bounce and reflect.
