[amsat-bb] New release of G0KLA Tracker

Hi Myles

I want GLA tracker to do this, not another program. SDRC already does it
and I run it to both Rx and Tx with external radio.

GLA Tracker is a neat little utility program that is not resource
intensive. It already does most of what is needed. Adding audio alert
(voice not needed), would be a big plus. 73, N0AN
