[amsat-bb] Doppler PSK for NO-84

I have mine set up and working. Did you make sure the correct sound card is set? One way to troubleshoot is to see if the TX light comes on if you set the signalink USB as the default sound card and any app makes sound.  That will give you the knowledge that the cables and SL are working.  Then you can try and see why the particular app isn’t triggering the TX.
