[amsat-bb] LVB Tracker with Windows 7 & 10 Setup Issue

Don,
Since you are using the USB version you don't need a USB-RS 232 converter. But, you might look at your COM PORTS in the hardware setup section and verify that it is operating correctly. You can update your driver(s) there as well.
