[amsat-bb] Logging on LoTW

I also log with just my call. I have four grids that I operate from rather
regularly and I might use portable while there. If I am far from home, like
I was last night, I use it quite a bit, but it does not go into my log.

If I make it to VE land that would be a different topic.
