[amsat-bb] Clarification on Satellite Friends of 50 Award

This is a reasonable point, but the same is true for other awards that
have stood the test of time. The degree of difficulty for the ARRL
Worked-All-States award is geographically dependent. While chasing WAS,
a ham in Seattle is going to have a much different experience than a ham
in New York City. Still, the award has been around a long time and hams
everywhere work towards it and cherish it once it's been earned. 

I see the Friends of 50 award as being analogous.
