[amsat-bb] RE Yaseu 5499B Troubleshooting

Getting the satellite station set back up after several years of inactivity.
My G-5400B rotor doesn't seem to be working and it appears it may be the
control box so looking for some troubleshooting tips.  It was working fine
when I last used it so just want to confirm there really is an issue.  Yaseu
tech told me to measure across terminals 4 & 5 at the rear of the control
box and said it should read 12-24 VAC.  I'm not seeing any voltage on either
AZ or EL so just want to verify that is what I should be seeing?  Any other
tips on troubleshooting  the control box before I send it off to Yaseu?
