Hi Tom,
They are in UTC+8. However next week when they release the new schedule it
should just be in plain regular UTC time to make it less confusing. In the
mean time use this calculator to convert it

. As of right now its only on late at night here in NA during east coast
passes roughly past 1:00 AM in the morning.
