[amsat-bb] IC-9700 + 9600 baud packet?

Oh well, honestly, saves me $2000, not being tempted to buy 'another 
radio I don't absolutely need.'  Think I'll just be extra gentle with my 
TS2000x, and maybe put the money towards an HF radio with a scope.
