[amsat-bb] Preamp source

My 22 year old Landwehr VHF preamp finally gave it up.

I'd appreciate leads on high quality mast mounted preamps for VHF.  AR2 
doesn't answer their phone and some uni's I work with say it takes days 
to get a call back then AR2 didn't have the one they wanted and said 
they would not be making any more.  And SSB USA's recording says they 
are only available sporadically.  Looks like I can order direct from SSB 
in Germany so that's an option.

Are there any low noise RF switched manufacturers/vendors in the U.S. 
these days? Where are folks getting preamps these days?
