[amsat-bb] Preamp source

Dave,

I tried Mirage way back when and found the NF not so good.  In about 
91ish when I was the command  station for AO-16 and DO-17 I remember 
changing out a Mirage for an ARR and it made a measurable difference on 
UHF.  I see on their current datasheet it's still not as good as SSB and 
ARR (and probably others).

Having said that it's probably fine for most uses and $100 less than the 
SSB I just ordered.
