[amsat-bb] 9100 USB FoxTelemetry

Is anyone using the Icom 9100 to RX 9600 baud Fox Telemetry thru the USB
port? I'm using the 9100 this way  to collect Falconsat-3 telemetry, but not
able to do so with the Fox telemetry. I also can RX 9600 baud APRS packets.
I'm using the Data mode DFM, and 9600 baud  menu item 57 is set to ON. I've
also tried to different sound level setting in  the win10 sound control
panel, but no joy..
