[amsat-bb] IC-9700 satellite memory import

I would just add that you generally have to use the same program (or at
least the same brand) that created the CSV file to write it back to the
radio.  For example, I've taken a CSV from RT-Systems and had to write a
non-trivial conversion routine to make it usable with Chirp (both can  run
with many different radios).  So if you know the file was created with the
Icom software, then I agree with the advice earlier. . I don't recall what
was posted here earlier, so I thought I would mention this caution.
