[amsat-bb] Latest TLE files

Nasa.all  also has the same issue. 
Sometimes the "n" is there instead of a blank or dash.

Celestrak TLE files seem to be ok.

Ah, didn't dig that far down.  Just checked the first few.  Odd that it is
only effecting a small number.
