[amsat-bb] problem with 'n' characters in TLE data

I made changes in my TLE-doctor, small utility for TLE data corrections. 
It has now button for removing n characters from TLE = it replace 'n' by 
space or '-' and compute new  checksums.

Just copy   incorrect TLE data with cut-paste into the edit field and 
push button to get corrected data. Its all.

New program has decoder, which shows some parameters taken from TLE - as 
axis length, period, revolutions per day, period of change positions 
between apo and perigeum (it is usefull for orbits as FO-29), estimation 
of max. qso length for orbit height in  apogee and perigee, etc.
