[amsat-bb] Digipeating 9600 buad

Falconsat.

It has a VHF uplink and UHF downlink.
You might not see yourself, because the xponder is full duplex and so the
digipeat has already begun before your radio has turned around and changed
bands for receive.

But others (or a 2nd radio) will see it.

All of the active APRS sateliltes are on this page:

Though the digi on PSAT2 and USNAP1 are not working.
