You may want to update the Windows 10 to the last update.  His is a list of the 
updates so far ... you could be 4 updates behind.

An easy way to get the updates without using the Windows Update in the Settings 
section is to go here and download the update tool.  Just be ready for a 3 GB 
downlaod and maybe 3 hrs install ... maybe.
