[amsat-bb] SetPC32 12.8d setup

Noticing the advert in the Journal and seeing a couple of features that 
looks useful I downloaded and installed it.

Questions:  It forced me to uninstall the old version before installing 
12.8d.  Once installed I had to reconfig everything local like station 
location, rotor and CAT interfaces, display and operational options...

Is that correct or did I miss something that would have made this easier?
