[amsat-bb] SatPC32 - Change xmit freq while transmitting?

Mark, not sure if this was meant for me (as I mentioned tone not working
well) - but I am not using SatPC32 - instead I am using Gpredict.   Alex
Csete (the software creator) has suggested that this may be a limitation of
his and/or Hamlib software.     It's typically not a big deal for me as I
usually use a single TM-D710g for the FM sats.   And when I use the Icom
for Tx on the Fox satellites, i can usually rely on somebody else
triggering the tone requirements.
