[amsat-bb] Improvements to the AMSAT Live OSCAR Satellite Status Page

Any chance we can get some way to get the list of satellites as well as the current status data in JSON? This would make it a whole lot easier to develop our own interfaces and would also reduce overhead without having to transfer the entire page.
