[amsat-bb] Satellite mode announcement

Simply email operations at funcube.org.uk  to request FITTER messages to be 
uploaded - please keep them short and give us a couple of weeks notice 
if you can...As well as being available for download on 2 metres they 
can be also be seen via the internet here
