[amsat-bb] odd phenomena AO7 ?

Hi Brian,

   I could wish that there was another CW operator within VHF range
here :-)  The MOVE II satellite beacon sounds likely as there was
definitely Doppler (negative, it was moving away at 21:12) shift on
it.  But I appreciate the helpful speculation.
