Yeah we see that on this mailing list too, though your Twitter example is
the most striking I have seen. They don't even know the first letter?!
I guess if they repeated the callsign over the air it would be a contact...
But if you can't log it because you can't remember it and you didn't record
it...
Hopefully this is a new operator who is still building out their setup and
learning to multitask.
