[amsat-bb] PO-101 did not seem to hear me

Today was my first contact through PO-101.  Always missed the schedule.  Nice it is on all the time now.  I noticed the downlink would cut out occasionally.  Double check you have the 141.3 tone for the uplink.  I am in DN17.
