[amsat-bb] Amsat Journal, Digital-only?

I read journals on a variety of electronic devices. Because of the range of
screen sizes and resolutions, you really need a format that can dynamically
adapt to the size and resolution of whatever the user has.
I'd recommend not using PDF at all, but going to a native web page that can
adapt to whatever screens people are using.
There is nothing more frustrating than trying to read a PDF on a mobile
phone...
