[amsat-bb] LoTW and PO-101

Thanks for all the help.  I had to update my TQSL and in the update, the file for PO-101 was also updated.  My logging program now works and my contacts go to LoTW.   I will have to remember that TQSL files have to be updated whenever a new satellite is activated.
