Yes decoding and there is a gap in the decoding when this happens, I see
dac overflows increasing but do not see resets in the telem but I could
be missing something.
it's long enough that it is clearly visible on a sdr display, like I
said its about a sec or two in length.
WA7EE sent me a mov that captured what the sat is doing, here is a
dropbox link for viewing
